Join us for a day of golf, fun and dinner in the beautiful Portage Lakes at The Oak Clinic Charity Golf Outing on Saturday, October 7, 2023. We will begin at Turkeyfoot Golf Course with registration starting at 9 AM with a shotgun start at 10 AM. The day continues after golf at the Upper Deck with drinks, dinner and an auction. And all of this benefits the MS patients at The Oak Clinic.

• Land Exercise: Tuesday & Thursday, 10:30-11:30 am
• Yoga: Monday, 3:00-4:00 pm & Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 pm
• Water Exercise: Friday 10:00-11:00 am (Green YMCA pool)
• Stress and Mood Management Classes: click here for the schedule

All classes, except water exercise, will be held in the classroom at The Oak Clinic. Stop at the front desk if you need directions to the room.

2023 Acorn Run

178 runners and walkers, along with family members and friends, were on hand for The Oak Clinic Acorn Run. The weather was almost perfect, the course was adapted for the road construction, and a great time was had by all!
