Easy Prescription Orders
Getting your prescriptions filled is simple:

-
Drop off your prescription in person.
-
Have your doctor send it to us by fax or electronically.
-
We will handle the rest, including talking to your insurance company and finding ways to save money.

Simple Refill Process
For special medications, we make sure you never run out:

-
A week before you need a refill, a technician will call you.
-
We check how you're feeling and if you have any side effects.
-
We schedule your refill and can refill other medications, too.

Emergency and Disaster Plan
If there is an emergency or disaster, we will make sure you still get your medications:

-
We can fill prescriptions early if needed.
-
We can arrange for courier delivery or transfer your prescription to another pharmacy.
Prescription Status and Substitutions
You can easily check the status of your prescription by calling us. To help you save money, we might use cheaper substitutes for your medications unless your doctor says otherwise.

Prescription Transfers and Availability
If you need to transfer your prescription, call us and we will move it to another pharmacy that suits your needs. If we don’t have your medication, we will find another pharmacy that does.
Medication Recalls
If there is a medication recall, we will let you know right away. We will tell you what to do if you have taken the recalled medication and provide packaging to return it.
Safe Medication Disposal
For injectable medications, use the Sharps container we sent you. Contact your local county government for pick-up details. For other medications, reach out to us for proper disposal instructions.
Reporting Adverse Reactions and Concerns
If you have a bad reaction to your medication, contact us right away. For severe reactions, always call 911. If you have any concerns or think there was an error, report it to us immediately. We will investigate and resolve it quickly.
