The Diamond Oak is an annual fundraiser for Oak Clinic.

Come join us at 11:45 AM on Sunday, May 5th, at Canal Park (300 South Main St, Akron Ohio 44308). Game time is 2:05

Everyone is asked to WEAR THE OFFICIAL OAK CLINIC MS SHIRT to support MS awareness.

Complete the form below to purchase your tickets for $10 and order your official DIAMOND t-shirts for $15. Shirts can be picked up from the Oak Clinic on Thursday and Friday, April 20th and 21st.

Turn in your sponsor form to the Oak Clinic by May 2nd so we can determine what prize(s) you get.

Run/walk around the field's perimeter (the warning track) three full laps - that's 1K!

Collect your pledges and donate them to Oak Clinic!s
